The Invisible Job Description
The expectations nobody writes down but every employee carries. What they cost when leaders miss them, and the posture that keeps people in it with you.
Leading Through the Workforce Shortage
"Do more with less" isn't a strategy. Protecting high performers, getting ruthless on priorities, and finding capacity where none seemed to exist.
Burnout Recovery Without the Toxic Positivity
For teams who are done being told to practice gratitude. What leaders can actually control.
Coaching & Difficult Conversations
The conversations managers avoid, why avoiding them costs you your best people, and how to have them.
Building Intentional Culture: The Power of the Pause
The seven moments when slowing down for thirty seconds saves the day, and the language for each one.

About Heather
Heather Lambert has spent more than 20 years leading talent and leadership development inside the hardest rooms in healthcare — hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and correctional health — along with government and corporate settings. As a speaker, she's a repeat fixture on the ASC and nurse-leadership circuit, invited back year after year for sessions that skip the jargon and deal with the job leaders actually have: workforce shortages, hard conversations, and burnout that gratitude journals won't fix.
She holds advanced degrees in social, data, and information sciences, and lives outside Nashville.
